* VIP Parking may not always be available.

* Operating agents of the Underground reserve the right to refuse service on grounds of attitude or behavior.

* Operating agents of the Underground have the discretion to limit menu selection.

* The Dickson St. Underground giveaway packages have no cash value and cannot be traded.

* All giveaway items must be used the day of the giveaway.

* Counterfeiting passes and tickets is punishable by law.

* The Dickson St. Underground logo, all graphics, photos and content shall not be used without permission.
